ES Bioenergy Co., Ltd operates the production of bio-gas by conversing waste water from ethanol factory of ES Power Co., Ltd. We can mention that, in the present, the system of waste water treating management operating in agro-industrial factory is low efficiency and causes malodor problem to residents and community proximity to those factories. Additionally, bio-gas; methane is a key Green House Gases that should be reduced its emission to the atmosphere.

Hence, preventing the effect caused by malodor problem and releasing Green House Gases emission to the atmosphere rooted from bio-gas, ES Bioenergy Co., Ltd operates the project: Clean Development Mechanism or CDM by constructing closed-system bio-gas technology waste water treatment in an area of 25 Rai. This system is responsible to waste water treatment caused by the process of ethanol production resulted in higher quality of water treated whist bio-gas occurred during the operation will be stored and can be used as fuel gas for steam boiler. As for waste water from the last process, this will be recycled and used in the operation of ethanol production as well as mixed with surplus material stemmed from Filter cake for fertilizer production for agricultural area.

Altogether mentioned above is our pride as a part to reduce the Green House Gases emission including decrease energy expenses in respond to the reduction of the country fuel importing as well as promote quality of life development for residents living proximity to the factory with better environment.
